Felted Apple

Felted apple made by my young friend Shannon.  She felts a group of veggies and fruits.  They are all so very cute!  Thanks talented gal.
I knitted the leaf under the apple some months ago.  It fits in my kitchen cubby perfectly.  When I saw the apple, it was calling my name and I just had to buy it!!!!!

Christmas Tree Napkins

I enjoyed sewing these Christmas napkins so much.  I edged them with the Armenian Lace edging.  Thank you Jean Adams for introducing me to this pattern.  Next year hopefully some leaf napkins will be posted here.

Lamb stand up

I stitched this for Natalie's confirmation. I  gave it a lot of thought but it didn't work.  She quickly wrapped it up and put it away.  Oh well, can't win them all!  I still like what I stitched and how I put it together.

White House ornaments given to me by my friend Kathy. she has given them to me for several years. They come via her most gereous sister Mary.  Thank you both very much.  They have a special meaning for me as I lived in D.C. for many years while going to school.
